내원 첫날 경직장 전립선 초음파 검사

"Transrectal Prostate Ultrasound Findings on the Day of Visit"

수년전부터 배뇨장애와 회음부 통증과 부부 관계시 불쾌감으로 쏘팔모토,호박추축물 그리고 비뇨기과에서 치료를 했으나,

증상이 호전이 없다고 내원 당일 검사한 경직장 전립선 초음파 검사상 사정관 낭종과 요도 협착의 소견이 관찰

The patient presented with complaints of long-standing voiding difficulties, perineal pain, and discomfort during sexual intercourse. Despite previous treatments including saw palmetto, pumpkin seed extract, and urologic care, there had been no improvement in symptoms.

On transrectal prostate ultrasound performed on the day of the visit, a seminal vesicle cyst and urethral stricture were observed.

One essential piece of medical knowledge that every man must remember is that cells in each part of the body, after fulfilling their functions daily, naturally shed within 1 to 3 weeks and are replaced by new epithelial cells that continue the role in each organ. However, in the prostate, the desquamated epithelial cells accumulate in the narrow and long ducts (diameter: 0.1–0.2 mm), leading to enlargement, cysts, fibrosis, and calcification. This causes various symptoms, making one vulnerable to misleading advertisements and potentially harmful treatments.

What must never be forgotten is this: the masses of accumulated epithelial cells that build up over years can be safely treated through repeated, long-term targeted prostate therapy without side effects.
