수년전부터 회음부 통증과 배뇨 장애로 타 비뇨기과에서 치료를 했으나 증상의 호전이 없다고 내원 당일 경직장 전립선 초음파 사진
경직장 전립선의 측면 초음파 사진상 전립선 결석과 사정관과 정낭의 낭종 그리고 사정관의 협착등의 소견이 관찰됨.
건강 성인 남성으로 전혀 여성과의 성적 접촉은 없었다함.
"The patient visited the clinic complaining of persistent perineal pain and voiding difficulty for several years, despite receiving treatment at another urology clinic with no improvement.
On the transrectal prostate ultrasound oblique image taken on the day of the visit, findings include prostatic calculi, cysts in the ejaculatory ducts and seminal vesicles, and narrowing (stenosis) of the ejaculatory ducts.
The patient is a healthy adult male and reports no history of sexual contact with women."

This is a transrectal ultrasound image of the prostate showing increasing calcification in the prostate and ejaculatory ducts, as well as multiple seminal vesicle cysts.
Even without sexual contact with a partner, epithelial cells can be shed due to sexual stimulation or masturbation. These shed cells can block the ejaculatory ducts, leading to the formation of stones in the prostate and ejaculatory ducts, and worsening cysts in the seminal vesicles.
To treat these calcifications, cysts, narrowed prostatic and ejaculatory ducts, enlarged seminal vesicles, vas deferens, and prostate hypertrophy, targeted prostate therapy is strongly recommended.
