수년전 부터 배뇨장애와 회음부 통증으로 약물 복용중 PSA 수치가 상승하여 상급 의료 기관에서 감마 나이프 시술한 내원 당일 경직장 전립선 초음파 사진입니다.

장기간 전립선 약만 복용시 전립선이 단단하게 커지고 좌우 사정관 입구의 결석이 침착되어 정관과 정낭등의 순환장애를 보이며 전립선의 조직 검사와 

감마 나이프 시술 흔적이 관찰됩니다.

This is the transrectal prostate ultrasound image taken on the day of the patient's visit, who had been experiencing voiding difficulties and perineal pain for several years and had been on medication. Due to a rising PSA level, the patient underwent Gamma Knife treatment at a higher-level medical institution.

Prolonged use of prostate medication alone has led to significant prostate enlargement with firm consistency. Calcifications are observed at the entrances of both ejaculatory ducts, causing circulatory disturbances in the vas deferens and seminal vesicles. Evidence of previous prostate tissue biopsy and Gamma Knife treatment is also visible.

This is a transrectal prostate ultrasound image showing multiple cysts in the seminal vesicles due to circulatory disturbances caused by calcifications at the entrances of both ejaculatory ducts. These calcifications are attributed to long-standing accumulation of shed pseudostratified columnar epithelial cells.

오랜 세월 동안 전립선의 탈락된 선상피가 항문 올림근 주위에 침착되어 결석을 형성후

This is a transrectal prostate ultrasound image showing calcifications formed by long-standing accumulation of shed glandular epithelium from the prostate around the levator ani muscle, leading to symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, and a sensation of incomplete bladder emptying.

결절이 생기고 비대해져 전립선의 PSA수치가 높아져 암성 변화로 감마 나이프의 방사선 치료를 받았던 분의 내원 당일 경직장 전립선 초음파 사진입니다.

이렇케 암성 변화를 일으키기 전에 전립선의 표적 치료를 하여 수명을 다한 탈락된 상피 세포들로 순환 장애를 일으켜 암성 변화를 하기 전에 전립선의

표적 치료를 하러 가야  합니다.

This is a transrectal prostate ultrasound image taken on the day of the patient’s visit.

In this case, detached prostatic glandular epithelial cells accumulated and formed nodules, leading to impaired circulation of prostatic fluid and the formation of cysts within the prostate. In the same regions, further accumulation of detached epithelial cells led to nodule formation and prostatic enlargement, 

which caused elevated PSA levels and eventually cancerous changes requiring Gamma Knife radiotherapy.

To prevent such malignant progression, targeted prostate therapy should be initiated before these detached, 

aging epithelial cells lead to circulatory blockages and cancerous transformation.
